This team supports the North American retail business in actively identifying, monitoring and responding to organized retail crime (ORC) activity and complex situations that result in theft, fraudulent activity, corruption, and other serious violations of company policy. We do this while protecting lululemon's exceptional guest experience and ensuring a safe and secure environment that supports our collective’s wellbeing. a day in the life: what you’ll do 
The Asset Protection Investigator will be critical to the success of the most complex and important business unit at lululemon. You will support the vision of the ORC Manager, while also supporting our field asset protection teams, cross functional partners and Investigations (both internal/external) throughout their area of responsibility. 

  • Based in the Seattle area, and reporting to the Senior Manager of Investigations, you will work closely with multiple internal stakeholders and identify areas of opportunity while driving the vision of the ORC/Investigation Managers 
  • Be an ambassador for all things Asset Protection (AP); uphold a strong culture of ethics, integrity, and personal responsibility 
  • Provide post-incident support by following up and providing coaching/training to store teams when needed 
  • Active identification and analysis of potential cases requiring investigative support 
  • Identify new trends or risks in the investigations and/or organized retail crime space 
  • Develop effective strategies to prevent, identify, and investigate fraud and loss in our lululemon retail stores 
  • Effectively communicate monthly activities and reporting through the creation of presentations and dashboards 
  • Support sensitive internal investigations in collaboration with the Asset Protection Manager 
  • Liaise with law-enforcement or local law firms as needed 
  • Conduct surveillance: mobile, foot, store, CCTV when required  
  • Support the AP Manager and ORC Manager with store visits and other operations shrink projects 

  • 3+ years in retail asset protection, retail operations experience and/or ORC related experience 
  • Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license  
  • Ability to work retail store hours weekdays and weekends as required 
  • Outstanding communication skills, including proven ability to influence  
  • Wicklander-Zulawski non-confrontational interview training and/or related experience an asset 
  • Vehicle Surveillance Training as asset 
  • OSINT & SOCMINT skills an asset  
  • Written and spoken command of a second/additional language an asset
