About this team: 
The Product Engagement team at lululemon supports in building and executing events, activations, and communications across the Product organization to enable engagement. The communications pillar is responsible for delivering streamlined internal communications to keep all global partners informed on the product related initiatives, breaking down silos and encouraging connection. The team works cross-functionally across various business units and key stakeholders to produce engaging and informative videos, a bi-weekly newsletter and drive usage of our intranet.    

The Digital Communications Lead supports the Product Engagement communication strategy by overseeing the ideation, development and production of digital assets— primarily video. 

A day in the life:  
The Digital Communications Lead will partner with the Communications Manager to align on deliverables of digital assets to ensure all cross-functional teams around the globe are informed of key Product milestones.  
  • You will plan and create engaging informal, TikTok style content through internal videos and digital content for the internal Product newsletter.  
  • You will be responsible for managing video projects from ideation to execution that support Product events.  
  • You will manage and maintain relationships with external videographers and 3rd party vendors to bring larger scale video projects to life. 
  • You will create and produce compelling internal videos that support the lululemon internal product communications strategy.  
  • You will work collaboratively with team members to bring to life the Product Communications strategy.  
  • You will support our cross-functional Product teams with their video needs while supporting the building of a centre of excellence for video for the Product team.  
  • You will manage and maintain video and audio equipment, make recommendations regarding new equipment as needed.  

  • Bachelors degree in video production, communication, marketing or any other relevant training. 
  • You have a minimum of 5+ years in Communications with a focus on digital assets creation 
  • You are highly proficient with editing and motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects)  
  • You are conscientious, thorough, and always willing to learn 
  • You are proactive and bring energy to whatever you do. 
  • You educate others and you never stop educating yourself. 
  • You sweat every day because you are the best product tester you know.
