about this team
This team is responsible for creating an integrated marketing plan across all channels to deliver guest communication for North America business. This team executes all campaigns, program marketing, social media, and omni channel communication. This team drives the annual calendar planning for all marketing initiatives for North America.

a day in the life: what you’ll do
  • Continuously refine, optimize and innovate current processes, workflows and project methodologies through tools and technology for scale and future growth
  • Manage the planning, tracking and allocation of team budget and resources across key marketing programs and annual NA Brand calendar  
  • Lead, Develop and grow a team of Project and Brand Operations Managers 
  • Define & oversee the team's execution of the 'go-to-market' process (from campaign planning to briefing to production to execution) ensuring on time, on budget
  • Annual Global & NA Brand Calendar in partnership with product GTM Defined program roadmaps for key business priorities 
  • Resourcing plan for calendar in partnership with SVP, Creative and Director, Brand Operations
  • Build and share an annual NA Brand Creative resource plan for all marketing initiatives in alignment with strategic priorities (on time and budget) 
  • Accurate delivery and allocation of multi-million dollar budget across Integrated Marketing baseline and program SIs 
  • Lead/support, in partnership with NA leadership the NA Brand Marketing annual operating plan 
  • Establish clear roles, responsibilities and workflow between Global and Regional Brand / Marketing functions 
  • Evaluate and implement innovative ways for continuous improvement to maximize efficiency while ensuring high quality end results for the work and teams  
  • Responsible for delivering the annual brand calendar & NA program roadmaps- from resourcing to campaign process (from end to end) in partnership with global resourcing and project management teams
  • University degree/diploma in Business or Marketing
  • 12+ years of Marketing, Operations & technology experience  
  • 12+ year experience in a people management role with proven track record of leading a variety of teams 
  • Experience managing large budgets and delivering on-target 
  • Experience in production or project management within an internal creative team and/or creative agency is a must 
  • Experience in managing projects across digital platforms and social media channels
