about the Integrated GTM Transformation team
The Integrated Go-To-Market Transformation Team sits at the heart of an end-to-end value chain transformation of how lululemon operates. We act as an internal consultancy that identifies, suggests, and conceptualizes process optimization opportunities while providing strategic planning support, evaluating & driving synergies, streamlining processes, and making actionable recommendations to raise efficiency and drive profitability.
We always have the guest in mind when we identify and drive integration needs across the value chain and make recommendations for action in alignment with the Company’s overall strategy. The team members are essential thought partners with all areas of the Company, including executive leadership, supply chain/sourcing, finance, merchandising, planning, marketing, region, brand, and channels.

This means taking a holistic approach to meet our guest expectations by improving our GTM processes and timelines, establish a KPI driven approach on how we got to market that complements our creativity, and increase our partner collaboration while yielding higher quality processes, better strategy integration and an authentic engagement with all involved parties.
The selected candidate will be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and team leader experience who can provide input into future growth opportunities, along with strategic directions and priorities while integrating cross-functional strategies into the GTM process.
