about this team
Design and develop learning solutions that address the root cause of performance gaps across multiple business channels and audiences. Create a global repository of highly innovative, engaging, and interactive learning experiences that drive performance outcomes required to execute on lululemon strategy, business goals, and support career development. Measure and monitor learning impact up to business KPIs.

a day in the life: what you’ll do
  • Lead all phases of learning design (ADDIE)
  • Design and build engaging and motivating learning assets grounded in sound learning design principles (e.g., lesson plans, facilitator guides, online courses, participant guides, job aids, assessments, and support tools)
  • Design and build eLearning and multimedia assets
  • Design and build hybrid learning solutions
  • Manage translations for digital and non-digital assets
  • Consult with cross-functional project teams, leaders, SMEs, stakeholders, and vendors
  • Conduct skill and knowledge gap analysis to identify the root cause of performance gaps, then identify learning needs
  • Select the appropriate learning solution to close the identified performance gap

qualifications
  • Five years of learning design experience; conducting performance gap analysis, setting objectives, designing, and developing learning assets, and evaluation strategies for virtual/ instructor-led and Online courses (in the retail industry is an asset).
  • Three years of experience developing interactive Online courses using rapid eLearning authoring tools, preferably Articulate Storyline.
  • Experience supporting SMEs and consulting business leaders on learning methodology and performance coaching.
  • Proficiency at connecting learning to business outcomes.
  • Experience in preparing and troubleshooting SCORM/ AICC compliant eLearning packages and working knowledge of SCORM and AICC standards.
  • Proficiency in graphic design and multimedia software, preferably Adobe software (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier, Animate, Muse) and Vyond.
  • Knowledge of current online and instructor-led learning theories and principles.
  • Interest in leading-edge learning and development tools and technology.
  • Proficiency in project management, influencing, and collaborating.
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines if needed on assignments.
  • Experience designing for global learners.
  • Post-secondary education in a learning field (Education, Instructional Design, Adult Learning, Interactive Arts and Technology, etc.) or equivalent experience.
