We fuel business success by connecting consumers to our purpose, values and personality in every campaign and aim to be a recognised authority on both physical and mental fitness. We make the technical performance of our products famous and drive awareness, consideration, preference and overall demand for lululemon in region.

The Brand team is divided into three departments; Creative, Content and Strategy. This role sits within the Creative team and reports into the Art Director.


about this role

This job is a brilliant opportunity to join a growing and evolving team which aims to drive the lululemon brand experience forwards. As our Creative Artworker, you’ll support the design team in artworking across all lululemon channels, but predominantly digital. You’ll take design concepts from both the global and regional design teams and streamline or rework the designs to create a suite of assets that maintain lululemon’s world-class aesthetic, whilst answering business needs. A keen eye for detail is essential, as is fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch and Invision.


a day in the life

  • Deliver consistent and considered artwork for a variety of outputs, including website components, customer emails, PR lookbooks, paid social adverts, organic social posts, and in-store graphics
  • Optimise content for performance across different mediums, and maintain lululemon’s design aesthetic across a variety of resolutions/ dimensions
  • Support the design team in meeting deadlines with efficiency, whilst always maintaining high standards
  • Forge strong cross-functional relationships for a thorough understanding of creative requirements
  • Act as a brand guardian; consciously maintaining lululemon’s visual language

skills & experience

  • 4 years+ of relevant agency and/ or in-house experience as an Artworker for premium brands
  • An eye for detail, and an understanding of layout, typography and good retouching skills
  • Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch and Invision
  • Experience working with a project management tool; Jira an advantage
  • Experience working with CRM solutions; Salesforce an advantage
  • Degree level education preferred but not essential
