About the Operations Accounting Team
The Accountant will be within the Operations Accounting function. It is responsible for supporting our fast-growing business attending to the needs of our employees.

A day in the life: 

Reporting to the Sr. Finance Manager, China
  • Responsible for bookkeeping consignment stores’ sales & related expenses and reconciliation between landlord statements and EBS results
  • keep track on the related accounts receivables from consignment landlords, to ensure the sales revenue will be received by the target date  
  • Responsible for reconciliation between monthly store petty cash reports and EBS result, and question stores for variances, if any, to ensure we have proper internal controls on store petty cash  
  • Responsible for interface monthly EBS financial data into Kingdee, and generate monthly statutory reporting packages from Kingdee, to ensure they are aligned with China GAAP requirements
  • Prepare and timely submit monthly mandatory statistics reports 
  • Prepare and submit annual AIC filling reports for all branches by due date
  • Other tasks assigned by line manager
Qualifications:
  • A university degree with a minimum of 8 year relevant work experience in a sizeable company 
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Be proactive and comfortable working with both local and remote team members 
  • Be able to develop and maintain a network of contacts, both inside and outside the organization, with people who can supply information, assistance and support for worked related goals
  • Knowledge of retail accounting is a must
