About this team
The Ecommerce team is responsible for managing the digital properties (, and app) for Australia/New Zealand.  After several years of success, the team is embarking on its next exciting phase of growth and is looking for an E-commerce Campaign Specialist to join our team. We develop, execute and drive local market Ecommerce strategy delivering on growth expectations across all KPIs and support the website experience & Digital Guest Journey. 

A day in the life: 
• In partnership with Brand, Product and the Ecommerce Team, identifies and manages campaigns and expanding range of online content (including Community) to drive engaged visits across the AUNZ websites, this includes:
o Identifying key trading dates and opportunities by market
o Identifying key buys, product and brand moments (360s) and aligns on campaigns to pursue
o Partnering with B&C to identify further story-telling opportunities

• Briefs on-site journeys and liaises with key stakeholders and content operations to collect assets, manage process flow, and implement campaigns 
• Briefs Product team for new features and functionality required for key campaigns with 6+ month out horizon
• Responsible for creating and maintaining the AUNZ ecommerce campaign calendar; receiving inputs from E-commerce Experience Lead and Senior Manager,    E-commerce
• Aligns on AUNZ wide campaigns
• Identifies nuances by market
• Coordination with Digital Marketing, Email Marketing and Digital Operations Specialist to ensure that Campaign journeys are executed end to end
• Produces hindsight recaps to evolve campaign and content execution
• Assist in site marketing & campaign process development and documentation
• Regularly reviews competitive landscape for features and trends as they relate to best practices for online content + merchandising
• Produces hindsight recaps on a monthly basis including:

o A deep understanding of the reporting tools
o Evaluates the results of campaign initiatives
o Makes recommendations based on dataConducts quality assurance on live site content including assets, link testing, product stock, image accuracy, text accuracy, UX

• 3+ years experience In E-commerce or related roles
• E-commerce campaign or storytelling background preferable
• Strong understanding of guest journeys and capabilities of e-commerce platform
• Strong stakeholder management to coordinate across functions for execution of campaigns
• Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience advantageous but not essential
