about this team
This department is responsible for creating, executing, supporting, and elevating (in this order) the integration and sales of MIRROR in our Retail Channel. This department creates and executes the MIRROR store strategy (from end to end) and ensures the guest and employee experience is world class. We are responsible for day-to-day operations and are accountable to synergy targets and top/bottom line.

a day in the life: what you’ll do
  • Responsible for integrating the MIRROR product into lululemon’s store channel
  • Responsible for building the store channel experience (from strategy to execution across all functions; e.g., hiring and layouts)
  • Work with the MIRROR team to gain knowledge and expertise on MIRROR products that influence tools and resources for North America store teams 
  • Foster strong partnership with senior leadership and key partners across the company to enroll the organization in a vision: 
    • Guest experience 
    • MIRROR product training 
    • In-store brand experience 
    • Store design
    • Educator experience (training, access to MIRROR product, etc.)
    • In-store operations
    • Marketing (signage, digital marketing, community, etc.)
  • Identify store risks and mitigation options  
  • Responsible for sales planning for North America stores and community teams
  • Present strategies, updates, reporting and roadmaps to senior executives
  • Lead and manage MIRROR Market Managers and MIRROR store organization
  • Manage and cultivate people performance, development, recruiting and pipeline for MIRROR store team
  • Support with the creation of the playbook for MIRROR’s store program for regional expansion 
  • Support with strategy and execute revenue driving initiatives (e.g., MIRROR community discounts, Holiday Hookup, etc.)
  • Partner in identifying gaps and opportunities to integrate MIRROR within existing programs and/or processes 
  • Partner with Learning and Leadership in MIRROR training (e.g., materials, store training, role training) 
  • Partner on communication strategy of sales planning for Store and Community teams

qualifications
  • 10‐15 years’ relevant retail experience with strong management and leadership experience 
  • 8+ years’ experience in people management (developing, recruiting, and leading others)
  • Experience with large store fleets (multi-unit or multi-region store management)
  • Leading the creation and execution of complex, cross-functional strategies 
  • Ability to foster strong partnership and enrolment up to the senior leadership level
  • Experience confidently presenting strategies, updates, reporting and roadmaps to senior leaders
  • Post-secondary education required
