who we are

lululemon is a yoga-inspired technical apparel company up to big things. The practice and philosophy of yoga informs our overall purpose to elevate the world through the power of practice. We are proud to be a growing global company with locations all around the world, from Vancouver to Shanghai, and many places in between. We owe our success to our innovative product, our commitment to our people, and the incredible connections we get to make in every community we are in. We believe our purpose is to elevate the world by realising the full potential within every one of us.

about the role

The EMEA Digital Marketing team exists to define and execute the digital strategy for customer acquisition. Our goal is to drive omni-channel sales for our European business and grow our community. We utilise a range of acquisition channels including Search (SEO & PPC), Affiliate Marketing and Paid Media to deliver elevated digital experiences, drive purchase and engage beyond transactions.

As the Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Specialist you will lead, manage and execute the expansion and optimisation of our affiliate marketing programs in EMEA. In practice you will be responsible for publisher recruitment, ongoing relationship management, coordinating the affiliate marketing calendar, reporting on program performance and collaborating with our Brand team on creative briefs.

Our UK affiliate program is relatively mature, having launched in 2018 and grown significantly to contribute >15% of total ecommerce revenue YTD in 2021. This year we have launched affiliate programs in Germany and France. One of your first missions will be to scale the channel quickly and efficiently in these markets. You will also be responsible for managing a new dedicated influencer program that is currently in development.
