Integrated Marketing for each region, supporting on ground realities and bringing our campaigns and messaging to live in tandem with our in region objectives and expansion ambition.

A Day In The Life

          Support Regional Brand & Community Manager in developing and executing marketing plans to ensure

goal achievement.

          Support daily workflow that adheres to GTM deliverables and development timelines.

          Support Regional Brand & Community Manager in providing market hindsights and analysis.

          Support Regional Brand & Community Manager in developing necessary tools and guidelines to the field

for operational excellence.

          Support in overseeing regional marketing budgets and expenses xto ensure expected outcomes are met.

          Work with Retail team and Brand Ops team to ensure the smooth landing of brand & community

initiatives in the regions.

Qualifications

          Bachelors degree in marketing or business related field and 5-6 years experience in the marketing field

(2 years+ rooted in retail field is a plus).

          Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin. 

          Attention to detail, initiative, organization, strong verbal & written communication skills.

          Proven ability to work and thrive in a fast paced, cross-functional team environment.

          Strong organizational and time management abilities, capable of handling multiple tasks while

maintaining efficiency.

          Proven data analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills, able to adapt to market changes and

challenges.

          Demonstrates teamwork and leadership potential, performs well under pressure.

          Proficient in using office software and marketing tools such as MS Office, CRM systems, etc.

          Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovate to achieve great results.

          Flexible in business travels.
