The Role / Location

The role of Digital Marketing Assistant Manager will be based at lululemon’s China HQ in Shanghai, dedicated to the long-term development and growth of lululemon in China.

Reporting to Sr. Manager, Digital & Social Marketing

Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Assistant Manager is responsible for media diffusion execution, to help build an efficient brand awareness amplification and new acquisition funnel in digital eco-system, to better brand online experience in multiple digital platforms, and help to create meaningful brand connections in digital environments.

 Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

·   Brand awareness amplification: media plan execution to effectively delivery brand and campaign message in multi-media channels, to enhance brand awareness and consideration in prioritized cities and boost awareness in new cities. 

·      Tencent eco-system deep dive: co-work with Tencent, internal technology and content team, etc., to explore media innovations which can benefit on omni-channel projects: mini program & WeChat Enterprise.

·   Social marketing operation: help to better user journey and create meaningful brand connection across various platforms like WeChat, Weibo, RED, DOUYIN, KEEP, etc.

·       Data management of media key matrix: CPM, CPC, CPUV, ROI, etc.

·       Insights generation with learning and implication.

Qualifications:

·      Around 5 years’ working experience of paid media and digital marketing in big-scaled foreign companies, platforms (Tencent preferred), or leading agencies that serve relevant projects.

·       Proficient with Tencent eco-system

·       Be sensitive on data and industry trend

·       A good team player

·       Good time management skills

·       Good English skills – verbal and written

·       Bachelor or above
