Project Manager | Product Team Operations (18 month contract)

ABOUT THIS TEAM
This team is responsible for overseeing the annual people operations processes and strategic projects to drive appropriate build, equitable employee experiences, resourcing and location strategies.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
The Product Team Operations Project Manager is accountable for supporting the annual people operations processes and strategic projects and delivering employee programs such as the product mentorship program, and the product tenure recognition program This person is a strategist, planner and operator that both independently and by way of stakeholder influence, delivers business critical solutions that enable us to deliver on our long-term enterprise goals.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead the planning and implementation of projects, including creation of process and implementation plans, business requirements, delivery, and go-live dates
· Partner with cross-functional product teams, subject matter experts, super users and other stakeholders to execute against initiative deliverables
· Facilitate and lead workshops, and support in the delivery of updates and presentations to product leadership
· Deliver regular project updates to Initiative Leader and other cross-functional leaders
· Create and maintain strategic planning and AOP documentation of strategies and business cases as identified
· In collaboration with functional product representatives define workplace optimizations across our Global Product offices
· Lead the maintenance and optimization of the Product Operating Calendar
· Organize and plan annual and quarterly Product Leadership OKR workshop
· Drive the planning and execution of the Product mentorship program, and the product specific Tenure Recognition Program
Support Activities:
· Support Product Team Operations leader and other cross-functional leaders in defining project vision, strategy, KPIs and roadmap
· Advise project leadership on resolution of issues and risks
· Provide strategic input on creation of annual org plan recommendation, annual strategic initiative planning and AOP budgeting
· Define and execute product OKR calibration and governance structure with input from relevant cross functional partners
QUALIFICATIONS
· 5-7 years of relevant experience in project management, strategy, operations, or other related field, preferably in a vertically integrated, global retail environment
· Demonstrated experience in design and management of project documents, including project charters, implementation plans and business requirements
· Experience in process design
· Experience designing, managing, and reporting in Smartsheet
· Ability to interface with Product leadership, subject matter experts, business users and to solve complex business problems
· Exemplary attention to detail and accuracy
· Excellent communication skills both written and oral
· Proven ability to excel in a highly collaborative environment, with a passion for cross-functional engagement, enrollment, and alignment
· Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities, while building strategy in advance, work in a high pressure and fast-paced environment and deliver high quality product under tight timelines
· A team player that truly believes they are successful when the organization is successful
