About this team
The Ecommerce Operations teams objectives are web & app creative and product merchandising, project management & execution of business initiatives (i.e. promotions, holiday, campaigns, SW) executing on site and app, and inventory management 

A day in the life
Reporting to the Manager, North America Ecommerce Operations, this position will be instrumental in the maintenance & delivery of all creative content which touches the digital properties inclusive of websites and mobile apps. Responsibilities will extend across multiple content management systems and guest facing properties. In this role you will operate as a subject matter expert for content merchandising and work with cross functional partners to execute content strategies. Excellent communication skills and significant attention to detail is a must.

  • Execution and maintenance of lululemon brand campaign and creative content merchandising on web and app weekly resulting in updated content across all digital properties to support business needs 
  • Project coordination of large-scale content management on web and app (i.e. Team Canada, Footwear, SeaWheeze, Holiday. Etc.) 
  • Coordinates timing, testing, and implementation of net new features within content management systems resulting in new guest-facing content on web and app 
  • Maintains ongoing weekly merchandising workflow processes through stakeholder and key business partner coordination 
  • Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of lululemon’s digital content properties, including guest-facing and back-end content tools 
  • Execute weekly production tasks associated with merchandising products and assets on web and app – including weekly creative swaps, campaign landing pages, large scale projects or programs, etc. 
  • Produce project management style documents for large scale initiatives using Microsoft Excel, Smartsheet, Adobe Experience Manager, and Contentful 
  • Coordinate with product managers in prioritization, testing, and implementation of new and enhanced web and app features 
  • Evaluate and meet the content deployment needs of web and app section owners 
  • Build process optimizations around weekly content updates, plus component transition process with alignment 
from cross-functional partners 
  • Produce templated, consistent content and merchandising data management tools 


Qualifications
  • Education in marketing or ecommerce


Must haves
  • 1 to 2 years ecommerce experience, with retail preferred 
  • 1 to 2 years’ experience working in complex digital management systems (i.e. Oracle BCC, AEM, Contentful) 
  • Ability to function in dynamic and fast paced retail operations model 
  • Advanced working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Smartsheet
