We fuel business success by connecting consumers to our purpose, values and personality in every campaign and aim to be a recognised authority on both physical and mental fitness. We make the technical performance of our products famous and drive awareness, consideration, preference and overall demand for lululemon in region.

The Brand team is divided into three departments; Creative, Content and Strategy. The Creative Project Manager sits within the Creative team.

The Project Manager manages creative team operations. They implement the project management tool (Jira); receiving briefs, interpreting project scope, creating timelines, resourcing the team, communicating with brief owners, sourcing and licensing creative assets, managing sign-off, delivering to deadlines and processing invoices. They constantly strive to improve operations; driving efficiency and effectiveness.

a day in the life

  • Driving the creative team to answer briefs with world class creative on time and to budget
  • Ownership of the project management tool (Jira)
  • Efficient team resourcing including task prioritisation
  • Understanding of scope and awareness of status of all live briefs
  • Development, implementation and communication of RACIs, timelines and Gantt chants
  • Leadership of project alignment meetings ensuring notes are circulated and actions addressed
  • Preparing assets for sign-off and delivery
  • Swift processing of invoices and monthly budget reporting
  • Support all aspects of the production process when required including locations, permits, casting, contracts, schedules, budgets, product sourcing and on set management to ensure that project briefs are delivered to a high standard, on time and on budget
  • Manage creative team administration including contracts, licences and usage


  • 5 – 10 years of relevant project management experience
  • Experience working with a project management tool with Jira an advantage
  • Strong communication skills and collaboration skills across multiple cross function teams;
  • Attention to details and organised
