This role will develop programs & crafts story telling that builds and nurtures the lululemon brand in China, delivering against our long term brand purpose, our business goals, and product categories’ ambitions. 

Job Scope: 
1. Responsible for bringing our brand to life in China’s unique Social and Digital ecosystem, maximizing reach to increase brand awareness & engagement, elevate our omni-channel experience and drive towards online revenue goals in collaboration with our e-Commerce team. 
2. Develop an unparelleled brand experience online, starting with an excellent user journey for our collective, including but not limited to educators, guests, partners and ambassadors 
3. Deliver digital first content that are engaging and meaningful, be the guardian of our online brand expression. 

Key Responsibilities: 
1. Bring our brand stories & programs to life across the digital ecosystem that increase brand visibility, drive engagement, grow our follower and registered user base and supports our online revenue goals 
2. Continually seek out innovative solutions that enhance our digital environment & digital communication capabilities, elevating the omni user journey to deliver an unparelleled online shopping experience 
3. Deliver an editorial calendar for our always on channels with at least 12 integrated campaigns a year in collaboration with other functions 
4. Forecast, Manage and execute the optimization of digital media budget & investments to amplify our brand building initiatves & drives towards our ecommerce revenue goals. 
5. Direct and manage agency relationships to maximise our investments, driving towards our objectives. 

1. University degree in business, marketing or communications 
2. Effectively bilingual, English and Mandarin, written and spoken
3. 12 - 15 years experience within a marketing function 
4. Experience working in the retail sector preferred
