About This Role 
This role is responsible for the end-to-end management of MIRROR campaigns and content on the North America website and App, driving engaged visits and increasing in conversion. This role will partner with the ecommerce category team, UX, digital optimization, creative, and digital marketing teams in the creation, planning, and execution of MIRROR related marketing strategies. Additionally, this role will ensure the site and app appropriately communicates key messages, aligns with briefs, and is optimized for conversion. The role will work closely with marketing and creative teams to specify asset needs, generate ideas, and continually innovate to deliver the most compelling assets and content. This role will also regularly review data from multiple sources to improve on the guest experience on the site and app. 

- Partner with UX, product management, and analytics teams to iterate on, and identify opportunities for, new components and features 
- Leverage analytics to understand consumer interaction with site and marketing content, communicating to internal stakeholders on active campaigns, and providing optimizations and enhancement opportunities. 
 - Assist in developing and Implementing best practice ecommerce marketing strategy and associated processes 
- Conduct QA of the website 
- Regularly review the competitive landscape and have an understanding of emerging digital trends

- BA in Business Administration, Marketing or Equivalent would be an asset
- 3-5 Years in Ecommerce Marketing or Merchandising Role 
- Visual or website merchandising experience 
- Experience with large SKU counts, diverse assortments, or vertical retail 
- An understanding and comfort with analytics and financial analysis
