About this team:

Develops and executes lululemon business, brand and category priorities in China, crafting brand storytelling and experience initiatives to deliver against the lululemon’s purpose and the long-range business and brand goals.

A day in the life:

  • Develop and nurture the lululemon brand in China to inspire our guests & communities. 
  • As a result of our actions, we will deliver on our business goals, marketing OKRs and bring our brand purpose to life in China.
  • Be the brand guardian and brand voice, ensuring consistency across our in-region marketing programs, partnerships, ambassador engagements, community and store event execution and a Here to be Relationships.
  • Management and development of a team of strong regional integrated marketing managers who drives and delivers the China initiatives and activations in region against our overarching China calendar.
  • Develop and execute China Brand Marketing programs with specific oversight of ambassador program integration, traditional media channels (OOH) and all guest facing 1:1 / direct communication materials.
  • Define success metrics for programs and initiatives delivers on OKRs, within optimized budget resources.
  • Partner cross functionally to define and own the GTM brand marketing calendar, driving impactful campaigns that creates desire for our products, build brand equity, and engages our guests and community.
  • Create 360 integrated briefs for asset creation needs or campaign briefs for agency partners or Creative, leveraging different levers for maximum impact, laddering up to a global brand identity.
  • Develop strong in region leaders who can activate in market programs against brand and business goals.

  • 12 - 15 years’ experience within a marketing function.
