about the team
Finance Systems & Projects (Business Integrations) team connects possibilities to numbers. As the business project integration management office for Finance, this team leads global initiatives by consulting on technology solutions with cross-functional partners on business integrations. This team is essential to the rapid spin-up of new guest experiences in retail and digital, new channels, store of the future, supply chain optimization and international growth while maintaining timeliness of financial reporting, accuracy of data and integrity of internal controls.

a day in the life
  • Design, test and launch the latest in end-to-end business transactional platforms, validating solutions for accurately capturing costs and units for revenue and inventory accounting and internal controls.
  • Your key business outcomes include the launch of new systems without impact to automated financial accounting processes, the quality of inventory internal controls, and accurate inventory and margins for product planning, digital, ecom, and retail.
  • Liaise between Finance and Technology with gathering requirements, designing new systems, evaluating options and perform user acceptance testing (UAT) n systems, including extracting and analyzing data sets.
  • Problem-solve cross-functionally to ensure timely launch of initiatives.
  • You are analytical, focused on quality, solutions-oriented, thrive on complexity and think critically.

qualifications
  • 5+ years in fast-paced multi-national corporates (project based, agile), fast learner, organized, high attention to detail, strong communicator, committed to quality from requirements to testing.
  • Experience in multiple systems integrations and enterprise systems implementations particularly in inventory, manufacturing, supply chain, warehouse, logistics and RFID systems in a Consulting, Business Analyst, Functional Lead role (asset: Oracle Retail, Manhattan, Oracle eBusiness Suite).
  • Education - business, accounting, management information systems, business technology, computer science, statistics, analytics. 
  • Designated accountant – CPA an asset.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Sharepoint, collaboration tools (Atlassian - JIRA, Confluence) and Smartsheet.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and query logic.
  • Fluency (written + verbal) in Spanish an asset.

Compensation and Benefits Package 
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $81,500 to $107,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.

In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed onsite at least 3 days per week.
