a day in the life: what you’ll do:
Process invoices and purchase orders (PO) from various vendors and suppliers 
Collaborate with internal partners, vendors and suppliers to resolve invoice, account, or other discrepancies.
Communicate with internal partners, suppliers and suppliers to accurately collect and record monthly accrual information.
Advise department leaders on monthly security spend (i.e. on track, off track) and illustrate why discrepancies exist (if applicable).
Collaborate with internal partners to assess the physical security needs for new store opening projects.
Review proposed physical security related construction documentation (ex. CCTV, EAS, BA etc.) and provide markup where needed.
Input loss related incidents and/or restitution into case management systems.
Support key department business projects as assigned.

  • Bachelor's Degree or 2-3 years related experience in a similar position.
  • Ability to build strong partnerships and work collaboratively cross-functionally.
  • Experience with vendor management.
  • Analytical thinker who can recognize trends and spot symptoms as they relate to bigger issues.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Proven track record for problem solving and troubleshooting in high volume environment.
  • Positive attitude, highly adaptable, creative, entrepreneurial, demonstrated commitment to lululemon core values.
