About this team
The lululemon Liaison Office (LLO) team is dedicated to ensuring our components are produced of the highest quality, delivered when we need them, and manufactured with partners who share our commitment to elevating the world. Not only do we manage the production of great products, but we also build great relationships.

A day in the life: 
  • You’ll manage initiatives within the liaison offices as they relate to supply chain efficiencies and streamlining business operations
  • You’ll represent liaison office and vendor interests on selected projects or workstreams by outlining business requirements, re-engineering business processes, managing system enhancements and conducting change management activities within the Asia based community.
  • Your representation will be based on an intimate knowledge of liaison office and vendor operations and a close, trusting partnership with them.
  • You’ll collaborate closely with global cross-functional partners on initiatives and act as a reliable and trusted partner for them
  • You’ll identify areas of risks and challenges to the business in existing or proposed processes, offering solutions and mitigation strategies; your solutions will be based on the premise of simplicity, scalability and sustainability
  • You’ll lead change management and implementation efforts of initiatives within the liaison offices and vendor communities and manage through until full integration into the business; you’ll be required to prepare training materials, conduct trainings, manage post-implementation support and track successes of initiatives and communicate these back to the global project leads where required
  • You’ll proactively review areas of inefficiencies within our business operations and take the lead on re-engineering and re-designing
Qualifications:
  • Your ideal background: you have 8+ years of experience in project management/operations in the apparel/textile industry
  • You are a self-driven Project Manager who is energetic and passionate about the work!
  • You are a great problem solver, well-organized and have great analytical skills to evaluate workflow, assess bottlenecks and provide solutions
  • You are highly effective in tailoring your communication to your audience. You are able to influence teams through well-crafted logical arguments
  • You have an excellent command of English and can communicate complex project-related subjects in person, over the zoom meetings and through emails
  • You’re experienced in facilitating workshops, creating PowerPoint presentations, and conducting trainings
  • You possess an excellent business acumen skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and prioritize effectively to meet critical by-when's
