About this team

The Responsible Supply Chain team works to support the wellbeing of the people who make lululemon products, and supports supply chain resilience, manage risk and social compliance, and build brand purpose. We monitor working conditions in all facilities producing for lululemon, though our internal team and together with external partners. We work together with cross-functional partners within lululemon to support responsible practices of doing business in our everyday operations. We collaborate with our vendors, and external stakeholders to foster resilience in the garment industry and build better systems.


A day in the life: 

  • Responsible Supply Chain (RSC) Monitoring – CBX Supporter
    • Function as the RSC administrator for CBX (Social Compliance Audit Management platform), facilitating timely actions to support the onboarding process and daily management of RSC tasks within CBX
    • Support to ensure correct facility contact is listed as the ‘Sustainability’ contact within the facility profile; facilitate and manage service now tickets
    • Critical path management - helps to facilitate management of ‘status’ along the critical path for the arrangement of an RSC assessment
    • Data capture of self-assessment responses collected from a facility in preparation for an Annual RSC Assessment, transferring responses from Excel into CBX
    • Lead EiQ onboarding training assign process
    • Managing CBX notifications to help RSC Monitoring team with daily facility management, ensuring timely responses and updates


  • Data Management
    • Enable capture of accepted equivalent assessments in CBX, ensuring quality and consistency across multiple accepted assessments
    • Upon request by the RSC team, accurately map and convert accepted equivalent social compliance assessments into the RSC Assessment template within CBX
    • Ensure quality of data remains consistent across multiple equivalent assessments, enabling RSC Operations to integrate data from multiple equivalent assessments into the RSC PowerBI Dashboards for risk and trend analysis
    • Support SharePoint re-organization and maintenance


Qualifications:
  • 3+ years experience in Responsible Supply Chain, Ethical Trade, Sustainability, Human Rights
  • 2+ years experience in Social Compliance assessments or industry social assessment tool e.g. SLCP equivalency mapping
  • Experienced working with compliance management platforms i.e., trouble shooting, workflow management
  • Exceptional details oriented and understanding of regional risks and Human Rights.
  • Strong communication skills, including written and spoken English. Fluent in a/the primary language spoken in the region.
  • Passionate human rights and sustainable business advocate, exceptional integrity and independent working
