about this team

The Traceability Analyst will be responsible for supporting the enterprise traceability strategy and projects across lululemon’s supply chain. They will partner with cross functional teams both within the company and across multiple 3rd parties, including Legal, Sourcing Operations, Supply Planning, Raw Material Development, Global Fulfillment, and our vendors to ensure optimal traceability of the products that we sell to our customers. Working across high priority materials and geographies, they will need to collaborate with sourcing and procurement colleagues to partner with our suppliers to ensure the data we collect about our suppliers is accurate and verifiable to the greatest extent possible. 


a day in the life: what you’ll do
  • Support the design and operationalization of traceability strategy through analysis of key data source gaps, partnering with cross functional teams and our suppliers on data sharing and verification.
  • Analyze key material value chains back to raw material origin to assess supply chain risks and inform RM and FG sourcing strategy and product design considerations.
  • Support data collection and validation in relation to annual reports (e.g. sustainability, resiliency reporting, audit reports, applicable legal proceedings)
  • Lead the response to regulatory inquiries into the origins of our products by coordinating the response documents from the Legal, Trade, Sourcing Operations, and Responsible Supply Chain teams.
  • Support the Supply Chain Strategy Team on the development of the Traceability Program and supporting technology systems implementation.
  • Ensure the Traceability team works closely with peers across Global Supply Chain and key partners, ensuring alignment and comprehensiveness in planning, management, and execution.

qualifications
  • B.A./B.S. in Business, Engineering, or technical area required
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience with data analysis and technology platforms including PowerBi
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with both internal and external partners
  • Excellent communications skills: verbal, written, negotiation and presentational.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Excellent facilitation and issue resolution skills; ability to drive consensus
  • Ability to work and deliver in changing environments, under limited guidance while adhering to specified deadlines and budgets
  • Ability to interpret and adjust to situations that involve conflicting goals
