You eat, sleep and breathe relationships. You work directly with our MIRROR Trainers & NYC based ambassadors to ensure that we are supporting them and leveraging them to support business vision & goals. Cross functional work is key with the following departments: brand, content and social media, marketing, brand experience, product, partnerships, and North America retail.

a day in the life: what you’ll do

  • You build and maintain relationships with trainers, wellness industry leaders, media, and event organizers.
  • You maintain a cadence of contact with our trainers and ambassadors to identify opportunities to create impact out of their activities and support their initiatives.
  • You work cross functionally with PR, Digital Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Brand, Product, and North America community and retail teams to leverage ambassadors’ influence in all areas of the business.
  • You track, measure, and report on ambassadors’ activity and successes, on a monthly cadence.
  • You inform and execute ambassador marketing and activation plans in partnership with external stakeholders and third parties.
  • You craft unique marketing plans in partnership with cross functional stakeholders and the athletes themselves each year to bring the relationships to life.
  • You ensure that we are a stand for inclusivity and equity in the fitness industry and inform marketing and storytelling in line with this.
  • You gather insight on existing & emerging opportunities for the business and contribute to overall strategy.

must haves

  • 5+ year’s experience in health and wellness, or marketing with a global brand
  • You are an excellent communicator who leads with transparency and can set clear expectations.
  • You have a strong understanding of the evolving ambassador and content marketing landscape.
  • You have a strong understanding of the ins and outs of North America’s health and wellness landscape.
  • You are considered an expert in the lululemon brand identity as it relates to community, and can make key decisions as it relates to ambassadors and relationships
  • You have proven leadership skills and can inspire and enroll others
  • You are a self-starter and have the ability to work independently
  • You are organized, yet can be flexible to take on the unexpected
  • You are a relator and a connector; building rapport with others is something that comes effortlessly to you
  • Having a lot of balls in the air doesn’t scare you, in fact you find it exciting
  • Ability to travel 30%
  • Acknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for your life.
  • Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovate to achieve great results.
