about this team
Global Brand Operations will lead and ignite the Operational engine of the Global Brand Function. We will deliver and are responsible for Global Brand budgets (Brand Management/Strategy, Brand Creative, Brand Operations, Project Management, Photo Studio & Sample Operations), all key and revenue driving initiatives as outlined in the Global Brand and NA Marketing Brand calendars while building systems and tools to support driving efficiency and growth and establishing operational excellence across the Global Brand function.

a day in the life: what you’ll do
  • Monitor daily, weekly and monthly load balancing and adjust resource allocation (internal and external) as needed
  • Partner with creative resourcing team to improve tools, workflow, department process and documentation; assess current operations and recommend new solutions for internal and external resources
  • Provide onboarding training to new freelance employees 
  • Maintain and grow current agency roster and relationships to meet evolving business need
  • Lead and oversee freelance communication/requests including the creation of scopes, negotiations of project bids and approval for purchase orders and invoices
  • Input project details into resource management tools
  • Escalate resourcing flags based on data collected in the resource management tool
  • Ensure freelance and agency roster is accurate and up to date at all times (contact info, rates, project info)

  • 1-3 years’ experience leading cross-functional work for a Global brand in an operations function
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on clarity
  • Positive approach to problem solving through analytical thinking and operational efficacy
  • Positive attitude with a strong focus on personal growth and development
  • Self-motivated and able to work limited supervision in a fast-paced environment
