about this team

Global Brand Creative is responsible for elevating the brand in a way that drives an inspired understanding of the stories that underpin and uniquely define lululemon. We develop creative and communication guidelines, frameworks, concepts, and campaign creative that shape how the brand comes to life around the world. The Global Brand Studio is a team of visual educators for product fit, function, and fashion. We integrate brand creative strategies with product vision. We lead the use of product as a tool to educate and inspire our guest.

This role will support in all Global styling projects through their expertise in sample operations, team organization, and operational workflows. This role must be able to work in our studio 5 days a week in Playa Vista, LA.

 

a day in the life: what you’ll do

• Be a primary conduit between our Global Campaign Styling team, Sample Operations and cross-functional partners to support business objectives by ensuring that product is received, and readily available, for all Global Campaign and Digital Brand Experience photoshoots.

• Utilize internal reports to monitor styling sample flow and delivery dates, in support of Global Campaign and Digital Brand Experience planning and strategy. Track all incoming samples to ensure timely delivery for shoots and communicate any outstanding styles to Ops team.

• Lead sample logistics and sample management for Studio Style Outs, including product shipment and international customs broker processes with Stylist Assistant.

• Manage closet organization and sample exit strategy, including guidance, planning and merchandise support.

• Create excel files tracking style-codes of product used for photoshoots to ensure accuracy of data for images.

• Lead and delegate to Sample Operations Support team to replace borrowed samples via Distribution Center ordering. Partner with Styling Leads to confirm department budget for sample orders and track total spend.

• Support Sample Store operations including restocking, organizing of samples, and check-out processes.

• Escalate any resourcing or schedule gaps for the Styling Operations Support team to ensure the day-to-day workflow is not interrupted. Lead onboarding of new Sample Operations Support team hires as needed.

• Coordinate styling requests for sample storage, organization, laundry, and shipment supply orders.

• Monitor styling team’s use of operational tools, styling portal, processes, and documentation. Assess current operations and recommend improvements for internal and external resources.

 

qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience leading cross-functional work for a global brand in an operations function.

• Proficient use of MS Excel, Sharepoint and Smartsheet.

• Proficient in project management, time management, and task prioritization. Possesses a strong affinity for organizing and creating new organizational processes.

• Ability to summarize and consolidate information, communicate effectively, and initiate new processes/tools with a growth mindset.

compensation and benefits package 

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $50,500 – 66,300 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and subject to program eligibility requirements.
