About this team

The technology team is responsible for delivering the digitalization service, engineering services and operation service. You will work with some of the most interesting projects, use cutting edge methodologies, and be a part of a growing team. As the infrastructure architect, you will be responsible for providing a stable, secure, reliable, and scalable network, storage,and instance in Cloud platform or on-premise platform that provides a foundation for Applications across the Enterprise, to include Stores, DCs, and SSC

A day in the life: 

You will be viewed as a strong technical leader with architecture and engineering skills. Your background will include a proven track record of develop infrastructure solutions & their architecture, contribute technical expertise knowledge and insights to project teams, collaborate with engineers to support infrastructure projects as well as POCs, strong communication and collaborative skills.


  • Contribute to the creation of a best in class network and infrastructure roadmap, and strategies for enterprise adoption. Take inputs from Enterprise Architecture, global infra team and China local technology team.
  • Strictly follow Lululemon architecture guidelines, development tools chain and implementation methodologies in projects, and work with vendor architect to consolidate the design of architecture.
  • Ensure the network is designed to be highly available, scalable, and durable via network design best practices.
  • Help troubleshoot and resolve production issues and lead root cause analysis session related to the infrastructure platforms.
  • Provide strong technical leadership and mentor infra engineers.
  • Regularly evaluate infrastructure solutions, hardware, and software.



  • 5+ years experience architecting, implementing, and supporting infrastructure solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, somputer engineering, information technology or relevant field.
  • Have network and cloud certification like CISCO.
  • Demonstrated expertise with retail store, office network, cloud network and oversea network optimize design and solution.
  • Legacy data center knowledge including domain control, SDWAN, VPN.



  • Experience with cloud ecosystem IaaS products, to fulfill technology project infrastructure requirements.
  • Worked with advance network solutions like SASE.
  • Have security sense when doing infra design and implement. 
  • Global infrastructure team co-working experience. 
  • Infrastructure automation, monitoring and cost saving consideration.
