The Digital Team is at the forefront of establishing lululemon across APAC. Reporting directly to the Korea Ecommerce Manager, the Ecommerce Campaign Specialist has a vital role in elevating online guest journey and conversion via managing content and products on the .KR brand site. This role will sit in the Korea SSC based in Seoul.


A day in the life: 
  • In partnership with the Ecommerce Team (including Marketplace), Brand, Product, Localization, identifies and manages campaigns and expanding range of online content to drive engaged visits and revenue on the site
    • Identifies key trading dates and opportunities by market
    • Identifies key buys, product and brand moments, and aligns on campaigns
    • Partners with B&C, Digital Marketing, and Localization to identify further story-telling opportunities
  • Briefs on-site journeys and liaises with key stakeholders and content operations to collect assets, manage process flow, and implement campaigns including copywriting, content upload, merchandising, and QA
  • Responsible for updating the Asia ecommerce campaign calendar for KR; receiving inputs from Ecommerce Manager
  • Produces weekly and monthly reports and with recommendations based on data and market trend study
  • Conducts QA on live site content including assets, link testing, product stock, image accuracy, text accuracy, UX
  • Assists in site marketing & campaign, process development, and documentation
  • Regularly reviews competitive landscape for features and trends as they relate to best practices for online content + merchandising
  • Partners closely with SSG Marketplace Specialist and KR GEC to align on key dates and trends 
  • Performs ad hoc site content updates for urgent business notices affecting guest experience
  • Copywriting (translating) weekly storytelling content, referring to product information and communicating with Brand and Localization teams

Qualifications:
  • Fluency in English and Korean
  • 3+ years of relevant website content management experience 
  • Salesforce platform knowledge and experience is an advantage 
  • Experience working with analytical tools and CMS is an advantage 
  • Strong understanding of guest journeys and capabilities of e-commerce platform
  • Strong stakeholder management to coordinate across functions for calendar management and execution of campaigns
  • Ability to learn and implement new features and customizations on the site
  • Strong communication skills and collaboration skills across multiple cross function teams
  • Attention to details and organised 
  • Ability to multi-task and manage various campaigns simultaneously 
  • Fosters positive behaviour that encourages others to work with them. 
  • Easy to work with and builds trust among team members. 
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate with all cross-functional teams.
