a day in the life

Every day as the GTM Transformation Manager is fast-paced and full of purpose. You’ll be at the center of transformation initiatives, leveraging your deep understanding of the end-to-end value chain to drive real change. At the heart of your work is the Go-To-Market (GTM) calendar—the core vehicle for optimizing how we plan, execute, and deliver across the business.

You’ll partner with leaders across the Product Organization to bring lululemon’s transformation agenda to life. Your day is filled with leading workstreams in large-scale business transformation programs: scoping, planning, project management, and solutioning, including process mapping and capability modelling.

  • Own and enhance the GTM calendar, using it as a strategic tool to streamline processes and align cross-functional teams around key milestones and deliverables.
  • Act as an internal advisor to Merchandise Planning and Supply Chain leaders, helping define challenges, develop options, and design solutions that consider the broader value chain.
  • Project manage complex work activities and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring everyone is aligned and focused on transformation objectives.
  • Identify value chain requirements that enable the current and future GTM process, always keeping broader initiative aspirations in mind.
  • Schedule and lead working sessions with business partners, supporting work-back activities and reviews in preparation for each session.
  • Conduct or guide detailed process mapping to uncover new opportunities for optimization.
  • Build trusted relationships at all levels of the organization, providing clarity and driving buy-in for ongoing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with change management, communications, learning, and org design teams to deliver transformation objectives on time and within budget.
