A day in the life: 

  • You will be working with the Brand Communications Manager to create the digital & social media strategy that aligns to wider organisational, North American and local Brand Communication objectives.
  • You will be responsible for building our brand presence across paid and organic social media channels to nurture existing audiences, while attracting new. 
  • Develop and drive innovative paid digital advertising strategies that achieve set objectives and KPIs for the brand team.
  • You will be responsible for the development and performance management of the social team (storytellers/local content creators).
  • You will support with amplifying key campaigns, events and partnerships/elite athletes, which involes planning and execution, and you will work cross functionally to do this.
  • You will be responsible for briefing, guiding and supporting the social team to execute plans accordingly. 
  • You will remain current with industry trends in social media, digital advertising, search and other innovative digital platforms.
  • You will be responsible for the digital engagement/community management strategy in partnership with the Guest Education Centre lead, briefing, guiding and supporting the digital engagement team within the GEC.
  • You will analyse, collate and report metrics and channel performance on a regular basis and post campaigns.
  • You will concept and brief creative campaigns and deliverables for digital /online assets and package accordingly.
  • You will partner with our inhouse Digital Marketing Specialist for all paid strategies and support in owning the relationship with any external consultants from time to time.
  • You will nurture relationships with Social & Digital teams internationally.
  • Own continuous data and performance analysis optimisation. 
  • You will be coordinating budgets.
  • Be flexible and open to ad-hoc requests across the team (a team player who is happy to step outside their ‘box’ on occasion).

Qualifications:

  • A diploma or undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing.
  • 2-3 years of clearly visible digital and social marketing, digital paid advertising, paid social and SEO experience either client or agency side.
  • Analytically minded, comfortable manipulating and analysing large amounts of data in order to make actionable recommendations.
  • Experience with social media reporting, listening and marketing platforms such as Sprinklr, Later, Facebook Pixel.
  • Able to write clearly and quickly, present your ideas in an organised and coherent manner and be willing to stand up to the challenges of other cross functional teams.
  • Strong experience in marketing strategy and implementation.
  • Strong experience with digital engagement strategies.
  • Experience in MS Office, Indesign and Photoshop favoured.
  • Coding skills (HTML, CSS) favoured.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of English laungue and platform specific copywriting skills.
  • Strong comprehension of visual language.
