The Role / Location

The role of Ecommerce traffic lead will be based at lululemon’s China SSC in Shanghai, dedicated to the long-term development and growth of lululemon in China. Reporting to Senior Ecommerce Manager

Job Summary:
The main responsibility of this role is to collaborate closely with brand marketing and ecommerce ops to execute the long-term digital marketing strategy and campaigns that can boost the EC growth.

 Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
  • Collaborate closely with brand marketing team and agencies to deliver digital plan execution
  • Manage paid traffic generation to secure the delivery of our ecommerce commercial ambition
  • Plan and execute continuously optimization of the ROI across different traffic sources (search, paid, exchanged, etc.)
  • Monitor and optimize online paid traffic, search, revenue, target segmentations and ROI performance
  • Work with EC Operation team to provide performance tracking report
  • Follow up with project timeline closely, clear communication and status update, also agile adaptation and changes based on real execution or challenges
  • Work together with channel owners to make sure they fully understand project objectives and communicate at the right time with the right
  • Set relevant and trackable KPIs based on each project objective, always equipped with a result-driven mindset when making decisions asset to maximize brand exposure and commercial results

Qualifications:
  • 5 & above years’ experience in a global retail environment (e-commerce and digital marketing)
  • Must be skilled at using analytics to drive decision-making
  • Experience working with Tmall platform
  • Knowledge of the tools, methods and approaches that are driving higher conversion rates, increased average order value and acquisition techniques
  • Expertise in loyalty techniques and cross-channel analytics and measurement
  • Ability to train, develop, evaluate, discipline, reward, coach a team in a way that attracts and retains high quality and qualified employees
  • Proven leadership ability
  • Proven relationship management experience
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
  • Proven organizational and time management skills.
