about this role

Within the Digital team, the E-Commerce function is responsible for creating and executing strategies that deliver a world-class experience for guests on our European websites across 3 languages and multiple currencies.  You will support the day to day operational aspects of the e-commerce business, with a focus on those which occur ‘post purchase’


a day in the life

  • Execution of operational projects
  • Accurate inbound and outbound forecast for the DC
  • Up to date FAQs and operational content on-site
  • Relevant shipping and operational messaging on site
  • Coordinates with various E-Commerce functions to ensure smooth operational running of business
  • Coordinates with support functions as point of contact for Fraud, Payments, Giftcards, employee discounts
  • Manages administrative processes which ensure the success of the Digital operations, including but not limited to updating FAQs and Shipping information on site; promotion codes; Staff Shop and ad hoc events
  • Partners with functions to land new processes, and coordinates feedback from stakeholders to feed into prioritization
  • Weekly and monthly reporting of Digital Ops SLAs and KPIs
  • Monitor SLAs and KPIs, escalate and address potential issues that could affect smooth running of ecommerce operations
  • Maintain and update employees and ambassadors discount uploads and query inbox


qualifications

  • 2+ years’ experience in e-commerce or related spaces
  • Background in operational processes / consulting preferable
  • Understanding of e-commerce operations
  • Strong stakeholder management to coordinate across various functions
