about this team

The Community, Sports Marketing and Partnerships team at lululemon is responsible for creating, developing, and executing marketing strategies that leverage relationships with a variety of stakeholders from global businesses to grass-roots organizations. This role, which sits within the Partnerships function is dedicated to collaborating with our franchise partner marketing teams, supporting them to implement localised marketing strategies that grow brand awareness and deliver on business goals.


a day in the life: what you’ll do

  • Manages the day to day running of services to partner marketing teams.
  • Internal conduit - enables and filters access to internal experts (brand, creative, Social, Community, Events, VM & PR) for partner marketing teams.
  • Owns processes to ensure partners have all required info and assets to adapt and activate global campaigns in their market.
  • Collaborates and supports partner marketing teams to deliver best-in-class full funnel campaign activation plans that drive brand awareness.
  • Enrols and informs stakeholders of partner marketing plans, activations, and results.
  • Brand guardianship


Qualifications, skills & experience 

  • 6+ years of relevant in-house and/or agency experience in marketing for a premium, purpose-led, challenger brand
  • Proven experience in commercial partnerships, with franchise experience preferred.
  • Experience in creating and implementing and reporting on multi-channel marketing strategies within EMEA.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects
  • Agency management and/or project management experience desirable
  • Outstanding stakeholder management
  • Written, presentation and verbal communication skills.
  • A positive, can-do approach to creative problem solving.

This role is classified as Hybrid under our SSC Workplace Policy: In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed onsite at least 3 days per week.
