About this team
Within the Digital team, the E-Commerce function is responsible for creating and executing strategies that deliver a world-class experience for guests on our Asia Pacific websites (owned and marketplaces) across multiple languages and multiple currencies from Auckland to Seoul and all points between. It requires a deep understanding of the local market requirements, a highly-analytics mindset, and extensive knowledge of the technical levers, processes, and trading actions that can be harnessed to deliver top-line revenue.

A day in the life: 
  • Based out of Korea, you are responsible for the Korea ecommerce business, driving top line sales while delivering both best in the world product and digital experience to our guests.
  • You are pivotal in seeing our strategic initiatives come to life online and across channels. You are the key driver in creating and driving the 1-3 year strategic vision for growing lululemon’s Korea ecommerce presence.
  • You execute, develop, and drive the localization of our ecommerce presence in Korea. This includes creation of future sites, digital and additional strategies to localize ecommerce for guests across the entire region.
  • You are part of a team that is driving the strategy to become best in the world at showcasing our products online and ensuring our guests are educated and inspired by our online presence and assortment.
  • You collaborate with cross functional partners (brand, guest experience, merchandising, planning, technology and operations) to implement strategies that ultimately deliver online sales growth and a seamless guest experience.
  • You are an industry leader in ecommerce and connect with other leaders in the industry through attending ecommerce and leadership conferences.

  • Minimum BA in business, or other relevant and applicable field.
  • 6 - 8 years’ experience in e-commerce or related spaces.
  • Strong leadership skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and foster growth in direct reports.
  • Experience managing multiple websites across different countries, language, and currencies.
