A day in the life:

Reporting to our Brand & Community Manager, the B&C Intern will work of supporting the department to accomplish business objectives through the application of thoughtful, intentional and innovative community projects.

All of our interns play an important role in our business and are key members of the team. Some of the tasks, roles and responsibilities include:


  • Help with content localization and translation
  • Support with City Ambassdor Program
  • Coordinate and execute Ambassador Onboarding
  • Help with consolidating store community classes in all regions
  • Review and update the B&C Youlu page
  • Assist in Vendor, Legal and Finance Processes


Must haves:


  • Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Mandarin)
  • Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook)
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with others
  • Passion to learn, excel and succeed
  • Acknowledges the presence of choice in every moment and takes personal responsibility for their life.
  • Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovates to achieve great results.
  • Communicates with honesty and kindness, and creates the space for others to do the same.
