The Specialist will be critical to the success of the most complex and important business unit at lululemon. The specialist will be instrumental in protecting our people across our Korea market, maintain a secure and compliant environment for our guests both in store and at events, all whilst ensuring the necessary health standards are being designed and implemented as per local market regulatory needs. Acting as a trusted leader and subject matter expert, the role will ensure the business and it's employees meet our goal of being the safest place to work in the retail sector. The Specialist will also act as a leader in market in response to any health hazards that have a potential to impact the health of our people or our business as well as implement strategies to minimise any risk as well as lead all in market investigations that fall within the departments responsibility. The specialist will support asset protection teams throughout APAC with protecting our people and property in assigned areas, maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests, while educating store teams and partners (in collaboration with Asset Protection & People Safety Compliance Manager).

보건관리자 역할은 룰루레몬에서 가장 복잡하고 중요한 비즈니스의 성공을 함께 만들어가는 핵심적인 역할입니다. 한국 마켓 전반에서 구성원의 안전과 건강을 지키고, 매장과 이벤트 현장에서 게스트가 안심할 수 있는 환경을 만들어가며, 지역 특성과 법규에 맞는 보건·안전 기준을 설계하고 실행합니다. 이 역할은 단순히 기준을 지키는 것을 넘어, 전문가이자 동료로서 안전한 일터를 함께 만들어가며 사람과 비즈니스에 영향을 줄 수 있는 보건·안전 리스크에 선제적으로 대응하고, 필요시 검토와 개선 방안을 주도합니다. 또한 APAC 지역의 Asset Protection 팀과 협력하여 사람과 자산을 보호하고, 매장 구성원들이 일상 속에서 자연스럽게 안전 문화를 실천할 수 있도록 곁에서 지원합니다.
A day in the life
- Responsibility to ensure Korean Occupational Health and Safety Management System is established and implemented
- Be the ambassador for all things Asset Protection and Health & Safety whilst develop a strong culture of ethics, integrity and personal responsibility in the retail business
- Support and cooperate with Asset Protection & People Safety Compliance Manager in performing any safety duties
- Investigate and analyze the causes of industrial accidents, and technically assist and guide to prevent their recurrence
- Maintain, Escalate and Analyze statistics on industrial accidents
- Measures to prevent injuries or diseases
- Recuperation guidance and management for those found to have health trouble after a health examination
- Implement health-related matters as specified by law or by any order issued under the law
- Conduct an investigation of musculoskeletal hazard factors and implement campaigns for the prevention of related disorders
- Support the design and deliver safety & well-being standards for all store types, as well as enrolling partners to incorporate a safety by design mindset across all areas including new store openings
- Establish relationships with key stakeholders across the business, identify areas of opportunity and implement strategies to reduce risk
- Collaborate with other stakeholders and cross-functional partners to ensure occupational health & safety compliance needs are met
- Be required to update and support the Asset Protection & People Safety Compliance Manager on work plans and implementation
- Domestic travel Is required as part of the role

- 산업재해가 발생했을 때 원인을 차분히 살펴보고, 반복하여 발생하지 않도록 실질적인 개선과 가이드를 제공합니다.
- 산업재해 관련 데이터를 관리하고 분석하며, 필요한 경우 적절하게 공유하고 대응합니다.
- 구성원들의 부상과 업무상 질병을 예방하기 위한 활동을 기획하고 실행합니다.
- 건강검진 이후 도움이 필요한 구성원에게 회복과 관리를 위한 가이드를 제공합니다.
- 법령 및 관련 규정에 따라 요구되는 보건·안전 사항을 성실히 이행합니다.
- 신체적 부담 요인을 점검하고, 관련 질환을 예방하기 위한 캠페인을 운영합니다.
- 모든 매장 유형에 적용 가능한 안전 및 웰빙 기준을 함께 만들어가며, 신규 매장 오픈 시 안전을 고려한 설계가 반영되도록 지원합니다.
- 비즈니스 전반의 다양한 파트너들과 신뢰 관계를 쌓고, 안전한 환경을 만들 수 있는 기회를 발견해 실행으로 옮깁니다.
- 유관부서와 협력하여 산업안전보건 관련 컴플라이언스가 잘 지켜지도록 함께합니다.
- 직무 특성상 국내 출장이 발생할 수 있습니다.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in occupational health & safety, internal audit or related function
- Occupational health & safety in a retail network experience an advantage
- Outstanding communication skills, including proven ability to influence in all areas of an organization
- Fluency in written and spoken Korean with strong command of English both spoken and written
- Formal accreditation in occupational health & safety
- Awareness of industry wide compliance needs
- Non-confrontational interview training and/or related experience an advantage
- 산업안전보건(OHS), 내부 감사 또는 관련 분야에서 최소 3년 이상의 경력 선호
- 리테일 산업에서 산업안전보건 경험 우대
- 조직 전반에 걸쳐 영향력을 발휘한 경험을 포함한 탁월한 커뮤니케이션 역량
- 한국어 및 영어에 탁월한 수준의 말하기/쓰기 능력
- 보건관리자 선임자격 소지자
- 업계 전반의 컴플라이언스 요구사항에 대한 이해
- 민감한 상황에서도 사람을 존중하며, 신뢰를 바탕으로 대화를 이끌어본 경험 우대
