As an analyst for the Responsible Supply Chain (RSC) team, you will support various systems and initiatives with your excellent project management, communication, organization and data skills.

 

core responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day administration of RSC systems in alignment with established standards and configurations set by Lead Analysts.
  • Manage user access, permissions, onboarding, and operational controls across RSC systems.
  • Support system triage and troubleshoot technical, configuration, and production issues; facilitate resolution with Technology and vendor partners. 
  • Support implementation of new system capabilities and transitions, including pregolive testing and postgolive support.
  • Support data integrity efforts by performing routine data quality checks and resolving operational data issues. 
  • Provide guidance to ensure consistent system use and adherence to governance and process standards.
  • Prepare quarterly planning summaries for RSC leadership, including RAID logs and enhancement impact analyses. 
  • Collaborate closely with SMEs, Technology partners, vendors, and the two Lead Analysts to ensure coordinated delivery and alignment

 

qualifications

  • 3+ years of technical or analytical experience (IT, BI/analytics, informatics, project management, or programming).
  • Understanding of software development practices and project life cycles.
  • Strong analytical, problemsolving, and creative thinking skills.
  • Effective team collaborator with strong communication skills.
  • Selfstarter with good judgment on when to seek guidance.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in fastpaced environments.
  • Calm and effective under pressure, especially during production issues

compensation and benefits package 

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $71,400-93,800annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
