about this team

The EAI duties and responsibilities include providing in office and administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the Brand & Product Activation offices and teams in LA. This role supports the teams through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication and is intiamtley familiar with the broader company practices and procedures. The EAI role reports into the Senior Executive Assistant for the Office of the Chief Brand & Product Activation Officer.


core responsibilities

-Assists in coordination of Executive’s calendar and contacts

· Coordinates and sends meeting invitations and agendas to attendees, books meeting rooms and arranges for IT resources and refreshments in support of efficient meeting facilitation.

· Maintains confidential information for the business, team and leadership and ensures information is handled appropriately.

· Coordinates multi-leg travel, often requiring continuous changes and rescheduling, in conjunction with Senior Executive Assistant.

· Oversees review of department exepenses to ensure accuracy and adherence to policy on behalf of Executive.

· Acts as a communications liaison with Department as required.

· Provides on-site Engagement Support under the direction of the Department’s Engagement Team

· Primary liaison with IT for the Executive team in LA

· Responds to inquiries or refers them to the appropriate partner.

· Provides Executives with documentation needed for meetings and correspondence with the business.

· Delegates and follows up on action items that fall within realm of responsibility.

· Opens, distributes and follows-up on standard incoming mail. Screens and directs incoming calls and some emails and helps to file.

· Undertakes special Departmental Projects as assigned by Senior Executive Assistant.

· Provides in office support to the Chief Brand & Product Activation Officer while in LA and provides in office support for visiting Executives

· Provides vacation coverage for the Brand & Product Activation Executive Assitant team


qualifications

- 3+ years’ experience or equivalent in an administrative and or executive support.

· Excellent business acumen and ability to exercise tact, sound judgment and prioritization.

· Able to observe and maintain the utmost confidentiality.

· Advanced-level Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.

· Experience working with a publicly traded company.

compensation and benefits package

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $52,500 - $68,900 USD  annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
