“FP&A” is responsible for planning and managing lululemon’s overall financial performance. We are an amazing team of passionate, active and dedicated leaders who are counted on as a key business partner in strategic and operational decisions. what you will do


Reporting to the FP&A Manager, International, this role works to propel growth in the International Regions (Asia-Pacific, China, EMEA) through financial analysis and delivery of financial recommendations.



  • You support the business case, and long-term strategy planning processes across the International Digital platforms
  • You lead performance analysis on International Digital initiatives
  • You are a trusted finance business partner to our Regional FP&A Directors and International Digital Leadership Team
  • You lead the building of new financial reporting dashboards for the International Leadership Team and wider business use
  • You support with routine reporting, analytics, and commentary on International performance 
  • You support with ad-hoc analysis as required


qualifications


  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree
  • CPA or CA designation
  • 3+ years professional experience in industry 
  • Ability to build, analyse and interpret complex financial reports and projections in MS Excel. PowerBI experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks in a time-sensitive manner
  • Strong ability to adhere to deadlines under pressure, proactive, dependable and solution oriented
  • Quick learner and adaptable to an ever-changing environment
  • Excellent team player and ability to work independently
