about this team
The EMEA Health & Wealth Team is made up of 5 team members, based in London, who manage all compensation & benefits programmes for EMEA employees across the Store Support Centre (SSC), Retail and GEC (Guest Experience Centre). This role is a 10 month Fixed term contract, working as a Health & Wealth Specialist, reporting into the Senior Manager, Health & Wealth.
a day in the life: what you’ll do
The Health & Wealth Specialist is a key player in our European People & Culture team, responsible for all administrative duties for compensation and benefits processes across lululemon’s 10 owned European markets, as well as inputting into benefit design and process improvements.
They will need to work in a collaborative and supportive manner within the small EMEA Health & Wealth Team as well as partnering with many cross-functional departments including Payroll, People & Culture Partners, Retail Operations and Global Health & Wealth colleagues.
· Provide first line support for all Health & Wealth (Compensation & Benefits) related queries, including management of the ServiceNow Inbox and provide comprehensive administration support to the Senior Health & Wealth Manager to support business priorities
· Ownership of day-to-day benefits management within market (sweaty pursuits, pension, invoice processing and vendor liaison, share incentive plan, tax reporting, healthcare, referral bonus payments, etc)
· Administer retail bonus calculations for the region, partner with global counterparts and support exceptions meetings with relevant stakeholders including Area Director and RMs
· Support compensation processes and improve practices –gender pay gap calculations, compensation & benefit market surveys, year-end reviews, etc
· Partner, coordinate and communicate with third party providers (brokers and vendors) on benefits issues, invoice payments & subsequent payment queries
· Communicate any changes to compensation and benefit activities to wider business
· Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service
· Support the introduction of new systems by performing testing and audits as required
qualifications, skills & experience
· Minimum of 2 years’ experience working as an HR or Compensation & Benefits Administrator
· Experience working in a retail environment is strongly preferred
· Strong attention to detail
· Analytically minded
· Able to work independently, manage time and prioritise tasks
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel to intermediate level including advanced spreadsheets, pivot tables & vlookups
· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
· Knowledge of Workday preferred

role classification
In-person collaboration and/or office-based work is necessary or important for the role. Work is mainly performed onsite, 4-5 days per week depending on role requirements.
