The Market Product Integrity team ensures our stakeholders – guests, educators, shareholders, employees, regulators, suppliers – trust us in what we say, do, and deliver.

 

This team is accountable for a significant breadth of work, with oversight over a portfolio of multi-disciplinary teams with direct and indirect accountabilities to product, supply chain, stores/retail/GEC, PR/Brand/Communications, legal and sustainability. This role is accountable for organizing, facilitating and documenting key components from various teams within the North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific regions.

 

core responsibilities

  • Required to be a strategic operator that can work independently and in partnership Cross-Functional team members. 
  • Manage and respond to global quality forums and support with investigating potential issues. Analyze and escalate trends to Quality Review Board (QRB) members and Cross-Functional partners as needed. 
  • Organizes and documents key Product Integrity governance forums (e.g., CAPA Cross Functional Committee, Quality Review Board, Deviation forums) and supports Cross-Functional partners in issue resolution. 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for product quality inquiries across Guests, Retail, Guest Support, and SSC to assess concerns, provide guidance, and route issues through appropriate Market Product Integrity pathways.
  • Support and facilitate quality response during product quality events, including coordinating fittings, meetings, documentation, and stakeholder alignment during high risk or crisis situations.
  • Support leadership by creating presentations, drafting correspondence, and summarizing insights from data, meetings, and cross-functional inputs
  • Identify and implement process improvements, deciding which operational changes or standardizations should be piloted, scaled, or retired to improve product integrity outcomes
  • Ensure required resources are secured for all executive meetings (on-site, offsite, virtual), e.g. providing or creating materials and documentation required for meetings, booking meeting room or offsite locations, procuring necessary IT or other equipment, and support as required to create presentations, summarize detailed reports, and prepare or review draft communications 

 

qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in Supply Chain/Operations, Business, Textiles/Apparel, or Quality Management & Professional Development education preferred 
  • 3-5 years experience in business, operations, office management, production, or related field preferred.
  • Has a passion for our product, our educators, ensuring high quality in our product and creating clarity from confusion.
  • Proficient with Excel (pivots/lookups), PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams; exposure to QMS/CAPA systems.
  • Experience with Smartsheet is an asset. 
  • Exceptional communication skills, written and oral skills in English and other languages a plus,  
  • Strong interpersonal relationship and communication skills, and experience communicating across various leadership levels as a key liaison 
  • Trusted in handling sensitive & confidential information with utmost reliability  
  • Excellent business acumen and ability to exercise sound judgment and prioritization 
  • Extremely detailed and quality oriented 
  • Ability to be resourceful and source details required to carry out tasks as assigned 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and prioritize effectively to meet critical by-when's

compensation and benefits package 

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $66,000 - $86,600 CAD Annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and, subject to program eligibility requirements.
