about this team

The Global Packaging and Labelling team is responsible for planning, designing, developing, testing, and producing end-to-end packaging and labels. We work in close partnership with cross-functional teams across the business and throughout the supply chain. We meet the needs of our product, guests, markets and channels in order to achieve our strategic priorities and business goals. We ensure packaging and labelling materials are production ready and support successful product delivery. 


a day in the life

The Packaging and Labelling Operations team oversees the end-to-end delivery of product and brand packaging and labelling for global markets. As a Project Manager, you guide this full lifecycle, from initial planning through final execution, ensuring that risks and opportunities are identified, communicated, and addressed. You collaborate closely with Packaging Design, Development, and Production teams, as well as cross-functional partners to deliver accurate, high quality packaging and labelling on time and in alignment with business needs.


core responsibilities

  • Lead planning and execution of projects and initiatives, including defining business requirements, developing implementation plans, and managing key delivery and go-live milestones
  • Manage the full project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, scheduling, and ensuring successful on-time delivery
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, and vendors to execute initiative deliverables and support project rollouts
  • Facilitate workshops and provide clear, regular project communication to initiative leaders and cross-functional partners
  • Assess project risks and develop mitigation plans, communicating potential impacts to stakeholders and leaders
  • Oversee project documentation, including SOPs, communication materials, and other key project artifacts
  • Identifyand drive process improvements to enhance project efficiency and quality
  • Build andmaintainstrong relationships with project stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth collaboration
  • Manage resource planning and team capacity to support project goals effectively


qualifications

  • BBA, BComm, Diploma in Business, or related field
  • PMP certification preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Power BI
  • Experienced with project management tools; Smartsheet preferred
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated collaboration skills across cross-functional teams, with the ability to build alignment and drive consensus
  • Knowledge of retail/product/packaging development terminology and lifecycle management is an asset
  • Proven ability in operational problem-solving and process-oriented thinking and design
  • Experience designing and managing project documents (e.g., project charters, implementation plans, business requirements)
  • Ability to work flexible hours to support meetings across multiple time zones

compensation and benefits package 

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $88,200 - $115,800 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
