Responsible for attracting great people to lululemon, the Talent Acquisition team seeks out people in the world that add to lululemon in values and culture. As a strategic partner to the business, the Talent Acquisition team finds both internal and external talent to foster to the growth of our organization.
core responsibilities
The Senior Creative Talent Manager will be responsible for finding and attracting global creative talent for merchandising, apparel, footwear, graphics, colour, brand, and retail design who will be based in North America (Vancouver, Portland, or LA). Focusing on growing our creative teams, this person should be well versed in identifying strong portfolios, coaching candidates on presenting their creative process during the interview process and staying informed of the fashion and creative industry shifts. This person will be responsible for end-to-end recruiting efforts from attraction to hire.
Qualifications
Minimum 6 years of recent experience hiring creative talent.
Strong background in partnering with senior leaders on proactive talent acquisition strategy.
Strong background in Talent systems (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter) and building/delivering metrics and reporting.
Deep understanding of a variety of creative recruiting/sourcing methods including networking, direct sourcing, connecting with passive talent, and market mapping.
Innovative, creative and strategic thinker.
