about this team
The Global Brand Studio casting team sources and curates the faces, voices and creators who bring our product to life across PDP, social and campaigns. Small, fast and obsessively tasteful, we own scouting, roster curation and the contracts and logistics that turn a booking into work. We partner with Creative Ops and Studio Ops for production logistics and collaborate with Brand Marketing and Brand Creative to ensure every selection serves the creative concept while honoring our casting ethos, commercial priorities and the marketing brief.
a day in the life
The Senior Manager, Global Casting is entrusted with critical decision-making responsibilities aimed at showcasing leadership, strategic acumen, and a global perspective, all with the overarching goal of driving conversion and revenue through compelling cast and talent roster.
• Decisively concludes on casting, ensuring alignment with global casting ID, and tailoring to fit the nuance of respective projects needs and scope
• Crafts and oversees the global casting strategy, ensuring a seamless approach and execution.
• Manages team resourcing, development, and growth across all projects. Assumes a leadership role in leading direct reports to their full potential, aligning their efforts with the role's core values.
• Takes the lead in enhancing and improving the growth of the global casting team and streamlining the outputs of NAM as part of the team and consistency across the other regional casting efforts where casting teams are not currently present working collaboratively with NAM brand marketing leadership, Global Sports Marketing, Global Brand Creative and Global Brand Marketing.
• Assumes a pivotal role as the key casting decision-maker for both internal and external productions, as well as creative agencies involved in all Global projects. Ensures that casting decisions align with the brand's global objectives and standards.
-Manage casting budget for all programs, in person and on-going casting, talent rates and operating expenses for casting team.
-Manages and calibrates agency relationships to uphold brand standards, negotiate usage with ROI discipline, and deliver diverse, on-brand talent pools that advance the brand’s global casting strategy.
-Leads the end-to-end execution of the global casting strategy across campaign, studio, ambassador, and social workstreams.
-Ensures the Casting ID is upheld across all creative outputs, delivering cohesive talent representation and alignment with brand storytelling and diversity goals
-Defines, maintains, and evolves the Global Casting ID and priority roster.
-Builds a scalable framework that translates creative intent into actionable casting direction for both internal and external partners, ensuring consistency and inclusion across all markets.
-Delivers cross-functional casting strategies informed by creative concepts, ambassador availability, and brand priorities.
-Partners with Brand Creative, Sports Marketing, and Studio Ops to ensure casting aligns with seasonal campaign needs, production schedules, and commercial objectives.
-Owns and manages global casting agency and external vendor partnerships, including briefing, calibration, and performance tracking. Ensures clear delivery standards, fee negotiations, and usage agreements that reflect ROI-driven decision-making and brand standards.
-Leads, mentors, and develops the global and regional casting team, raising executional quality, speed, and consistency. Builds an empowered and inclusive team culture that supports curiosity, accountability, and excellence across all global casting deliverables.

compensation and benefits package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $134,000-$176,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and subject to program eligibility requirements.
