  • Embed quality as a shared responsibility across teams by partnering with engineering leaders, product managers, and domain leadership.
  • Accelerate the adoption of modern quality engineering capabilities, including test automation frameworks.
  • Lead enterprise-wide quality transformation through influence, partnering across domains to shape mindset, shift behaviors, and foster a culture of shared ownership for quality and delivery excellence.
  • Measure and communicate program outcomes using key performance indicators.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Partner with external vendors to augment internal capacity and accelerate delivery of transformation goals, ensuring high-quality execution and alignment with lululemon standards.
  • Lead organizational design work in collaboration with key stakeholders to establish a hub-and-spoke model that enables scale, sustainability, and ownership of quality.
  • Provide day-to-day leadership and accountability for the quality engineering team, ensuring consistent delivery of testing and quality outcomes across guest-facing technologies, in parallel with driving long-term transformation.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive experience leading large-scale, technology-enabled transformations — including deep expertise in designing and delivering complex programs.
  • Proven track record of leading large, complex, cross-functional programs in a matrixed organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to strategize and operationalize cross-functional change, driving improvements across diverse technology domains.
  • Strong background working in Agile/product delivery, DevOps, and modern engineering practices—able to lead with conviction and execution focus.
  • Skilled influencer and coach, able to mobilize engineering delivery leaders, product partners, and enterprise stakeholders to adopt quality-focused mindsets and tooling.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills, with experience presenting strategic roadmaps and impact metrics.
  • Experience mentoring and empowering high-performance teams.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
