about this team

Visual Merchandising at lululemon showcases product to increase channel performance while elevating guest experiences and brand recognition. As the Visual Merchandiser you will be responsible for developing localized Visual Merchandising playbooks to ensure the local guest is taken into consideration in our Visual Merchandising Strategy for North America. You will report into the Manager, Visual Merchandising.

 

core responsibilities

• Provide Visual Merchandising based input and feedback in key North American Product strategy meetings

• Create and execute seasonal VM sets to showcase design intent and localized VM strategies, leveraging

product education and merchants, achieving SLT approval.

• Develop regionally localized VM playbooks, based on global concepts and activations.

• Provide Regional styling and outfitting direction, rooted in Global and Ecommerce styling direction

• Create VM resources and tools addressing regionally specific nuances ie. store tiers, grades and clusters

• Create and deliver regionally localized VM training content, partnering with the training team

• Support criteria for store distribution lists for product capsules, new categories, test and learns, and category

expansion based on global recommendation ie. footwear

• Execute and develop ongoing support of regional Visual Merchandising in a range of stores identified as the

‘center of excellence’

• Spend time within a range of stores and key markets to observe strategy and business needs


qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, merchandising or visual communications

• 5- 8 years’ experience in visual merchandising or merchandising role

• Experience working in retail, apparel experience preferred

compensation and benefits package 

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $81,500- 107,000 ann the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and subject to program eligibility requirements.
