about this team

The B2B Ecommerce Operations team is a committed, hardworking, fun-loving team that works within a highly cross-functional environment. As the operational owners of the B2B ecommerce business, we work to seamlessly to execute B2B ecommerce strategies across digital channels to drive the Strategic Sales business. Our scope includes catalogue publishing, content management & digital site merchandising. 


core responsibilities

Reporting to the Manager, B2B Ecommerce Operations, this position will be responsible for our end-to-end global product & catalogue publishing workflows. This role will be instrumental in supporting with the broader management & maintenance of our B2B wholesale sites to ensure a great partner experience. They will work closely with the rest of the B2B Ecomm Operations team and cross-functional partners to execute the needs of the business while upkeeping processes that are agile, efficient, and accurate for our B2B sites:

  • Own the bi-weekly end-to-end processes for preparing & publishing the North America and International new product catalogue drops
  • Own cross-functional relationships & communications as it relates to the product catalogue drops
  • Identify opportunities to optimize our operational workflows in pursuit of continuous improvement
  • Responsible for creating & maintaining documentation for internal & cross-functional processes to ensure all team members are working from the same playbooks
  • Support in adhoc troubleshooting product catalogue issues by leveraging both backend & frontend systems to find a resolution
  • Support with planning & execution of site merchandising activities, gaining a strong understanding of the site merchandising tools
  • Contribute to the growth and culture of a fun and highly cross-functional team 


qualifications

  • 1-2 years in e-commerce operations (B2B/wholesale experience a plus) 
  • Degree/diploma in related field
  • Experience with digital product data publishing & merchandising tools/systems
  • Ability to function in dynamic and fast paced retail operations model
  • Intermediate Office & Excel skills (formulas, lookups, pivot tables); experience in working with large Excel datasets a must
  • Working knowledge of JIRA, automations & Power BI an asset 
  • Accountable self-starter, able to work independently, strong ability to adhere to deadlines under pressure and manage multiple operational tasks
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and ability to build relationships in person or via technology
  • Has a deep desire to learn and improve by seeking, accepting and acting on productive feedback

compensation and benefits package 

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $59,800-$78,500annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
