The Director, Global Health, Wealth, and Mobility Operations reports to the Vice President Health, Wealth and Mobility.

 

about the role

The Director, Global Health, Wealth & Mobility Strategic Operations is a strategic leadership role responsible for enabling strategic and operational excellence for lululemon's global Health, Wealth, and Mobility function. The role works closely with the Vice President, Health, Wealth, and Mobility, and shapes the governance of compensation and benefits programs across our global regions. 


This role combines rewards expertise with operational leadership, acting as a key partner to the Health, Wealth and Mobility leadership in transitioning the team to a shared services model, managing budgets, roadmaps, and engagement initiatives, and partnering with cross functional stakeholders to prioritize, deliver, and ensure implementation of technology solutions. The position collaborates with regional teams through dotted-line relationships, ensuring alignment with global strategies while respecting local market needs. The position has solid line reporting responsibility for a small support team.  


core responsibilities

  • Shape the overall philosophy, strategy, and operating plan as a key member of the Health, Wealth, and Mobility leadership team.
  • Collaborate with regional HR leaders and compensation & benefits teams in EMEA, APAC, and China to establish governance, drive global best practices, and ensure alignment with enterprise objectives.
  • Ensure strategic consistency and integration of philosophies, strategies, and key initiatives across four international regions to deliver a unified global approach.
  • Oversee global Total Rewards operations by driving engagement, strategic budget management, and roadmap execution; collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and deliver on key priorities.
  • Lead and support the transformation of Health, Wealth, and Mobility into a shared services model, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and a seamless global experience.
  • Supports and coordinates our AOP process including strategic priorities, budget planning, and people costs. 
  • Maintain our global vendor library and roadmap, ensuring optimal service and cost optimization. 


qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits, with significant exposure to international markets.
  • Proven experience in operational leadership, including budgeting, roadmap development, and process transformation.
  • Ability to lead through influence in a matrix organization with dotted-line relationships.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Compensation and Benefits Package 
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $157,400 - $206,600annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
