ABOUT THIS TEAM
Our Global Distribution teams are part of our greater lululemon Supply Chain organization. This team supports lululemon’s overall purpose by ensuring we are fulfilling our products to our guests through our various channels including our retail stores and ecommerce.  Our DC Store Coordinator plays a key role in supporting our purpose and are responsible for managing high volume inventory, sale transactions, merchandising to promote sell through, reporting and auditing. 

A DAY IN THE LIFE
Under the leadership of the Inventory Control Supervisors, this role will primarily handle DC store administrative duties and ensure a seamless experience is provided to employees visiting the store. In addition to supporting DC operations, they also engage in training, team building, meetings, and personal development. 

Store Admin Duties:
  • Separate damaged product from sellable
  • Manage cleanliness of the store (i.e., hangers, garbage, sweep, mop, sort, fold etc.) 
  • Meet Brand Standards for the DC Store
  • Cash duties include, DC Store Agreements, staff sign-up, managing staff shop time, cashing out employees, sale integrity 
  • Shipping duties include, scheduling next shipment needs with DHL, shipment management, audit all shipments and inventory 
  • Inventory Control duties include, extras, cycle counts
  • Customer excellence 
  • All other duties as assigned to support business priorities across the DC

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Acknowledges the presence of choice in every moment and takes personal responsibility for their life
  • Knowledge of Manhattan and WMS
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Basic computer skills with Microsoft Excel experience
  • Experience analyzing reporting and building templates
  • Ability to meet attendance requirements  
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs frequently  
  • Ability to obtain a powered industrial truck (PIT) operator certification depending on business needs 
  • Ability to maintain a safe work environment 
  • Flexible and adaptable with schedule, which could include nights, working required holidays and some weekends with occasional after-hour requirements 
  • Subject to wearing personal protective equipment as defined by the local distribution team
  • Must be able to understand, speak, and read English with sufficient proficiency to follow safety and other policies, trainings, and instructions. Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits Package

Typical Hiring Range: $23.65 - $27.85/hour, subject to minimum wage in the location 
Target Bonus: 5% 
Total Target Base Pay Range: $24.83 - $29.24/hour 
Additional Shift Premiums: $1.00 - $1.25, depending on location
