The Corporate Systems team is committed to enabling seamless, best-in-class experiences for our global workforce. Employing a best-in-class strategy for the moments that matter, our Portfolio Strategy & Intake team supports our Digital Workplace platforms inclusive of SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Zoom, and Miro. As an Engineer, you will work as part of a global team supported by our business and architecture partners to help us collaboratively develop and deliver industry leading technology solutions that drive lululemon’s business goals.

 

a day in the life: what you’ll do

As an Engineer, you will help form the core of our engineering practice at lululemon by contributing to all areas of development and operations (pre-production to production). You will be supported by a strong engineering group, and established engineering practices. You will be part of a production release team and may perform on-call support functions as needed. 

 

  • Perform engineering assignments using existing procedures and best practices
  • Conduct research to aid in product troubleshooting and optimisation efforts
  • Actively monitor key metrics and report on trends
  • Take part in Agile ceremonies
  • Participate in our Engineering Community of Practice
  • Perform reliability monitoring and support as needed to ensure products meet guest expectations
  • Design, build and deliver scalable Digital Workplace solutions that support our growing business, directly impacting employee productivity and business outcome
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners (infrastructure, security, identity, architecture) to align on best practice solutions supporting business needs
  • Assist with activities related to M365 change management and adoption, user enablement, deployment and lifecycle governance and security
  • Contribute to engineering automation, management or development of production level systems

 

qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Software Architecture or equivalent experience 
  • 2 years + engineering/related experience, CI/CD principles and best-practices 
  • 2 years + experience within M365 platform technologies particularly SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive
  • 2 years + experience with security, change management and adoption, user enablement, deployment and lifecycle governance across M365 including provisioning and integrating API-based solutions
  • 1-2 years + experience using PowerShell and building custom PowerShell scripts using SharePoint SPO, PnP PowerShell, Exchange Online PowerShell and Microsoft Graph PowerShell SDK 
  • 1 year + experience driving the deployment of major system changes, such as upgrades, migrations, and structural modifications
  • 1-2 years + experience with Entra ID, including service principal management and applying appropriate permissions for secure and effective access management 
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Graph API and Power Apps and Power Automate
  • 1-2 years + experience with bug tracking and task management software such as JIRA 
  • Experience developing solutions within retail or eCommerce is preferred
  • Experience onboarding, administration, and troubleshooting of non-Microsoft 365 SaaS solutions like Zoom, Figma, and Miro is a plus

compensation and benefits package 

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognises exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $105,800 – $138,800annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
